1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Salsa or hot sauce (optional)

1. Preheat the Grill

If you have a grill on your boat, preheat it to medium-high heat.

2. Season the Fish

Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and season with chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Grill the Fish

Grill the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

4. Warm the Tortillas

While the fish is grilling, warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side or until they're soft and pliable.

5. Prep the Slaw

In a small bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and the juice of half the lime. Season with salt and black pepper.

6. Assemble the Tacos

• Place a grilled fish fillet on each tortilla.
• Top with the coleslaw mixture.
• Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
• Add salsa or hot sauce if you like it spicy.

7. Enjoy it while its hot!

Serve your boatside grilled fish tacos right on the water and savour the fresh flavours while enjoying your time on the boat.
