It doesn't get much fresher than this. This is a delicious meal for the whole family while out on the water. Make the most of your fresh catch with these delicious Mediterranean Fish Wraps.
450g Fish Fillets of your choice
4 Large Lettuce Leaves or 4 Tortilla Wraps
1 Lemon, Sliced
30ml Olive Oil
2 Cloves, Garlic
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Oregano
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Toppings: Sliced Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Tzatziki Sauce or Yoghurt Dressing
1. Prepare the Fish
• Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
• In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, and the juice of half the lemon.
• Coat the fish fillets with this mixture and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Grill the Fish
• Preheat a grill on the boat or use a portable grill over medium-high heat.
• Grill the marinated fish fillets for approximately 3-4 minutes per side or until they're cooked through and easily flake with a fork.
3. Assemble the Wraps
• If using tortilla wraps, lay them out. Otherwise, use large lettuce leaves as the wrap.
• Place a grilled fish fillet onto each wrap or lettuce leaf.
• Top the fish with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce or yogurt dressing.
• Squeeze a little lemon juice from the remaining lemon over the wraps for extra flavour.
• Roll up the wraps or lettuce leaves, securing the fillings inside.
